FOUNTAIN. This is a winning sculpture that serves as a milestone in the Courtyard of the new building of Petroleum Research. Fountain links the building with the human being and stimulates the landscape.

Fountain is located on the campus of Texas Tech University, adjacent to the Petroleum Research Building. It resembles a splash that symbolizes water, oil and flow. Shadows and the structure envelop the visitor.

Fountain won first prize in the international public sculpture competition at Lubbock Texas, USA.
